Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering with, accessing, or using the App, these Terms automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

About the App

The App provides features intended to help users identify and clean duplicate/similar photos and other items on their devices (the “Services”). Some Services may require an active internet connection.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App
• Attempt to extract, decompile, reverse engineer, or derive the App’s source code
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights
• Use the App to develop or train competing products or models (where prohibited by law)
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its security features

Device and Network

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We recommend you do not jailbreak or root your device. Network charges may apply if you use the App over cellular data or while roaming.

Updates and Availability

We may update the App from time to time. You agree to accept updates when offered. We may stop providing the App or terminate access at any time, without notice, where permitted by law.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment via in-app purchase or subscription. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform where you purchased (e.g., Apple App Store) and are subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we process personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when published on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts/execution offices determined by applicable law.
