BİGS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ DANIŞMANLIK LİMİTED TİCARET ŞİRKETİ (“Company”, “we”, “us”) — Magic AI Cleaner (“App”).
1. Objective
We aim to process personal data in accordance with the general principles of privacy and the provisions of applicable data protection legislation, including (where applicable) Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDP Law”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

We may collect personal data directly from you through electronic means, your mobile device, and third-party services you choose to use with the App (such as the Apple App Store) for the purposes described in this Policy.

Note: The exact data collected depends on your device settings, App permissions, and which features you use.

- Retention only as long as necessary for purposes or legal obligations
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
a) Purposes
Your personal data may be processed for purposes such as:
- Operating the App and providing core features
- Providing customer support and responding to your requests, feedback, or complaints
- Managing subscriptions and purchases
- Improving App quality, safety, and performance (analytics, diagnostics)
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unlawful activities
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to lawful requests
- Sending service-related notifications (if enabled)
- Marketing/advertising activities (only where permitted and/or with consent)

4. Permissions and User Content Processing
The App may request access to your photo library to help you identify duplicates, similar photos, and other items you choose to clean. You can deny or later revoke permissions in your device settings. If you opt out, some features may not function.
If you process photos/videos using the App, the data handled depends on what you select and the feature used. We recommend reviewing your device permission settings regularly.
5. Third-Party Services and AI
5.1 Third-party AI and your library
Magic AI Cleaner does not send your photos, videos, or contacts to external AI providers (such as cloud-based large language models or third-party image recognition APIs) for analysis. Cleaning, duplicate detection, similarity grouping, and related features run on your device using local processing.
5.2 Named service providers
The App uses the following categories of third parties. They do not receive your photo, video, or contact content for AI processing of your library:
- Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
- RevenueCat, Inc. (revenuecat.com/privacy) — subscription and purchase verification; may process transaction-related identifiers and customer identifiers tied to your App Store account as provided by Apple.
- Google LLC (Firebase Analytics) (firebase.google.com/support/privacy) — may collect device and app usage data (for example app interactions and diagnostics as configured) to help us understand how the App is used. Firebase is not used to upload or analyze your personal media with third-party AI.
These providers process data on our behalf under agreements and only for the purposes described in this Policy. We select providers that meet appropriate security and privacy standards for the data involved.
Third-party services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them in addition to this Policy.
6. Cookies / Similar Technologies
Cookies are typically browser technologies. Since Magic AI Cleaner is a mobile app, cookie usage is generally limited. If we provide web pages (e.g., a support site), those pages may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation and to improve the user experience.
7. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may send you service-related updates. You can change your notification preferences anytime in your device settings.
8. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on data type and legal requirements.
9. Technical and Administrative Measures
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access control, encryption where appropriate, logging, and security monitoring.
10. Age Limitation
The App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Transfers to Third Parties / Abroad
We may share personal data with service providers and partners only as necessary to operate the App and fulfill the purposes in this Policy. Where required, we obtain your consent or rely on other lawful bases. If data is transferred abroad, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by applicable law.
